Conference Dress:
Appropriate dress for all functions is business casual.  The River and Historic Distict is just outside our conference hotel. Comfortable walking / running shoes are recommended for your early morning and evening activities. For how to dress if you go out see next section "Weather in Savannah".

Weather in Savannah:
In most years, Savannah averages a daily maximum temperature for April that's between 68-78 degrees Fahrenheit (20 to 25 Celsius). The minimum temperature usually falls between 50-60F (10 to 15 C). The days in Savannah warm steadily during April.

Hotel Shipping  & Package Instructions:
Address Shipment of materials as follows:

Shipments should be sent no earlier than 1 week prior to conference. Convention Services should be notified in advance. A $7.00 handling fee per box will be charged for all boxes shipped. $75 for pallets. Packages arriving earlier than 1 week will be charged $100 per day storage fee. The hotel is not responsible for perishable items. A labor charge will be assessed if Hotel's assistance is required to unload or move items.If more than five (5) boxes a drayage company may be required.

Wireless Internet Service:
Complimentary wireless and Internet is available in all sleeping rooms and public areas. Wireless Internet access has been arranged for function space and event mobile application.

Parking:
PARKING RATES: $30 per day for Hotel Guests ($32 for oversized vehicles). Valet parking is available at posted rate at the time of their stay. Current rates are subject to change. All parking is on a 'space availability' basis.
